Wolves Wired: Episode 2 – How Important is Veteran Leadership (Plus, FIBA!)

Episode 2 of Wolves Wired features guest David Naylor of Canis Hoopus (here’s his Twitter).

In today’s episode (which is a day late), Zach Bennett, David and I previewed Canada’s game against Paraguay (which already happened), chatted about Nemanja Bjelica, and talked about the importance of KG, Andre Miller, and Tayshaun Prince all being in the locker room for veteran leadership. Are all 3 necessary?

  1. I like these podcasts a lot, I am glad to hear I am not the only one who did not care for the Prince/Miller signings.

I do wish that during the pod cast there was no background music running, but that is a preference and does not take away from the content at all.

Thanks for adding this podcast, I look forward to it through the nba season.

  2. I like the pod too, much more professional then the only other T’wolves related podcast I have found. I don’t mind the music during the talking, but it seems pretty unnecessary. The biggest pet peeve I have about (all podcasts really) is long introductions. I will download podcasts and save for later and they fill up my phone memory. Two and half minutes of Coltrane is fun when I want to listen to Coltrane but just gets skipped when I want to hear about Prof. Big Shots. The super long intro was especially confusing on the first podcast, was I listening to what I downloaded? Thanks!
